NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING Monday, December 15, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the Rochester Hills City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 15, 2025 commencing at 7:00 PM Michigan time at the City Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan to consider the establishment of a special assessment district, pursuant to Chapter 90 of the code of ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills, for the proposed paving project of Childress Avenue and Enid Street. The City Council for the City of Rochester Hills will receive comments regarding the proposal to tentatively determine to proceed with establishing a Special Assessment District (SAD) for the paving of Childress Avenue and Enid Street. In accordance with the City SAD Policy, the proposed cap amount adjusted upward for inflation since 2017 to be spread in the first year’s cost hereof that will be benefitted by the said public improvement in the City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan including the following properties: PARCEL NO.
