SPRINGFIELD CHARTER TOWNSHIP REQUEST FOR SPECIAL LAND USE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Springfield Charter Township has received a request for Special Land Use for the following: Utilization of existing structure for the purpose of an automobile repair facility, major, that performs dismantling and salvaging of automobiles, commercial and recreational vehicles for parts recovery, located at 10375 Dixie Highway which is on the northwestern corner of Dixie Highway and north of Enterprise Road. The property is approximately 4.59 acres and is zoned M-1 – Light Industrial, P.I. # 07-03-451-005. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that oral and written comments on the Special Land Use request will be received at a PUBLIC HEARING to be held at a Regular Meeting of the Springfield Township Planning Commission on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Springfield Township Civic Center, 12000 Davisburg Rd., Davisburg, MI. A copy of the site plan and other information related to the request may be reviewed at the Township Clerk's Office, 12000 Davisburg Rd., Davisburg, MI during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Written comments may be submitted to the Springfield Township Clerk up until the time of the Public Hearing.
