SPRINGFIELD CHARTER TOWNSHIP REQUEST FOR SPECIAL LAND USE SITE PLAN REVIEW NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Springfield Charter Township has received a request for Special Land Use Site Plan Review for the following: The development of a 6,400 square foot containment structure and the continuation of transfer facility operations at 9609 Northwest Court. The property is 3.60 acres (combined) and is zoned M2 – Heavy Industrial, P.I. #07-26-401-020 and 07-26-401-028. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that oral and written comments on the Special Land Use request will be received at a PUBLIC HEARING to be held at a Regular Meeting of the Springfield Township Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Springfield Township Civic Center, 12000 Davisburg Rd., Davisburg, MI. A copy of the site plan and other information related to the request may be reviewed at the Township Clerk's Office, 12000 Davisburg Rd., Davisburg, MI during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
