SECTION 00 11 13 001113.1 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ADVERTISEMENT FOR CITY HALL RETAINING WALL REPLACEMENT FOR THE CITY OF MOUNT PLEASANT The City of Mount Pleasant is soliciting sealed proposals for City Hall Retaining Wall Replacement. Items of work include removing and replacing the existing retaining wall and reconstructing the streetscape in front of the city hall, including sidewalk, stamped concrete, storm drainage, landscaping, and electrical work. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Mount Pleasant at the City Hall, located at 320 W Broadway St, Mt Pleasant, Ml 48858 until 1:30 p.m. local time, Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days. The City of Mount Pleasant reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Mount Pleasant.
