Retraction Notice – Clemens Towers Waiting List The waiting list notice published in The Macomb Daily on December 11 and 14, 2025 misstated the minimum age requirement for the Clemens Towers waiting list. The correct minimum age is 55, not 50. Effective February 23, 2026, the Mount Clemens Housing Commission will no longer accept applications from individuals younger than 55. All applications submitted prior to this effective date will be honored. The Clemens Towers waiting list will remain open until March 11, 2026, the original closing date stated in the December 2025 advertisement. No other dates or eligibility criteria have changed.
