Ruffner as the Parks & Recreation Director. 26-054 Pay the Quint Plumbing & Heating, Inc. invoice. 26-055 Pay the Freeport Supply Co. invoice. 26-056 Transfer our main accounts from Advia Credit Union to Fifth Third Bank. 26-057 Approve the Check Signer Resolution authorizing account signers at Fifth Third Bank. 26-058 Receive and file the investment summary report as of 2/11/2026. 26-059 Amend the DPW Director’s contract, increasing the current hourly rate to $35.00/hour and allowing him to work up to 40 hours per week until at such time we hire an Assistant DPW Director, effective immediately. 26-060 Enter a Closed Session at 6:55 p.m. to consider the dismissal, suspension, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, or to consider a periodic personnel evaluation of W. Cain, per MCL 15.268(a). 26-061 Reopen the regular meeting at 7:20 p.m. 26-062 Approve the termination of W.
