CITY OF GIBRALTAR REGULAR COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS MARCH 9, 2026 The regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Gibraltar convened at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 29450 Munro Avenue, Gibraltar, MI. 48173 Present: Shumate, Boismier, Cox, Dill, LaPointe, McNabb, Molnar COUNCIL TOOK THE FOLLOWING ACTION: 26-065 Approve the agenda. 26-066 Approve the consent agenda as follows: A) Bills Reference #17, B) Payroll #1002, #1003, #1004, #1005, & #1006, C) City Council Minutes of 2/23/2026, D) Beautification Commission Minutes of 2/2/2026, E) Recreation Commission Minutes of 2/18/2026, F) Police Department Report for 3/9/2026, G) Fire Department Report for 3/9/2026. 26-067 Amend the previously adopted City Council meeting minutes of 2/9/2026 by adding Councilman Molnar as present in the attendance. 26-068 Reappoint M. Piatt, J. Upholzer, W. Hutchinson, P. Frison, and W. to the Planning Commission/DDA for a three-year term. 26-069 Appoint M.
