All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFQ specifications. A public viewing copy is available at the Office of the City Clerk and at www.scsmi.net under bid postings. Request for Qualifications are delivered to the Office of the City Clerk address as noted above. The City of St. Clair Shores reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, either in part or in whole, to waive any formalities and to accept the proposal which it believes to be in the best interest of the City.
