RFP REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) - TOWNSHIP OF GROSSE ILE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES The Township of Grosse Ile is seeking proposals from qualified Information Technology consulting firms to provide comprehensive IT support services for Township operations and public safety departments, including: Police, Fire, Recreation and Public Services Departments and Township Hall. Services include help desk support, network administration, server and infrastructure management, cybersecurity, backup systems, hardware and software support, and emergency response services for public safety systems. The Township operates a Microsoft Windows Server and VMware virtualized environment supporting approximately 60 users across multiple facilities. Consultants must have experience supporting municipal and public safety environments and meet all applicable LEIN, CJIS, HIPAA, background check, and security requirements. Vendors will submit their pricing for the project along with the remainder of the information requested in the RFP. Proposals must include separate pricing for: Public Safety Services (Police and Fire) and Municipal Operations (Township Hall, Recreation, and DPS) Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to: Bryan Friel, Deputy Clerk, Township of Grosse Ile, 9601 Groh Road, Grosse Ile, MI 48138.
