REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Diesel Exhaust Removal System TOWNSHIP OF GROSSE ILE, MICHIGAN The township of Grosse Ile, Michigan is requesting sealed bids for a Diesel Exhaust Removal System. The project requires the design, implementation, and support of a Diesel Exhaust Removal System. The scope of this project is for the purchase and installation of a direct source capture exhaust removal system for the Grosse Ile Fire Department. Bidders will submit their pricing for the project on their own pricing sheet which shall be submitted along with the remainder of the information requested in the RFP. All bids shall be provided in compliance with the specification. Each respondent must submit three (3) copies of the proposal in sealed envelopes submitted on or before 3:00pm, May 1, 2026 addressed to: Deputy Township Clerk, Bryan Friel, Township of Grosse Ile, 9601 Groh Rd. Grosse Ile, MI 48138. The outside shipping envelope must be clearly marked “Grosse Ile Township Fire Department Diesel Exhaust Removal System”. No late proposals will be considered.
