REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TOWNSHIP OF GROSSE ILE The Township of Grosse Ile is seeking bids from qualified vendors for Sludge Decanting and Bio-Solids Disposal for the Grosse Ile Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope of services for this contract includes the following: Centrifuging or pressing (dewatering), transportation, and disposal of municipal and residential solid waste.
