REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – Replacement of Sound System at Grosse Ile Township Notice is hereby given that the Township of Grosse Ile, (“Township”), is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for replacement of sound system at Grosse Ile Township, (“Project”). Bidders to provide pricing, labor, equipment, and all materials necessary to make the system functional when replacing the system in our Merle Solomon Meeting Room. Questions or comments concerning this RFP, or to schedule a site visit, please contact Bryan Friel, Township Communications A dministrator, at bryanf@grosseile.com no later than 3 p.m. on October 8, 2025 (“Questions/Site Visit Deadline”). Prospective consultants must submit their proposal(s) to the Grosse Ile Township Clerks Office – 9601 Groh Rd. Grosse Ile Michigan 48138 and no later than 3 p.m. on October 15, 2025 (“Submission Deadline”). Any proposals received after the Submission Deadline will not be accepted. Each proposal shall be in accordance with specifications, instructions, and information contained in this RFP. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason it deems necessary, to waive defects or irregularities in any proposal, and to accept the proposal deemed the most advantageous to the Township.
