REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS DESIGN-BUILD PROPOSAL ISLAND PARK EVENTS PAVILION and INCUBATOR KITCHEN CITY OF MT. PLEASANT COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT The City of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, is requesting proposals at the Office of the City Clerk, until 1:30 p.m. (local time), on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at which time and place the proposals will be opened and read. All questions for this project should be submitted via email to pbiscorner@mt- pleasant.org no later than May 1, 2026. Responses to all questions and answers and/or final addenda will be provided to all applicants by May 8, 2026. To be considered as a qualified respondent, four copies of technical proposal and one electronic copy of technical proposal, in either a portable drive (flash drive) or emailed to pbiscorner@mt- pleasant.org must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked RFP: DESIGN -BUILD PROPOSAL – ISLAND PARK EVENTS PAVILION and INCUBATOR KITCHEN and received by the City of Mt. Pleasant at the City Clerk’s Office by 1:30 p.m. on May 19, 2026. The City of Mt. Pleasant reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposals, and to select the proposal considered most advantageous to the city.
