REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL CLEANING SERVICES TOWNSHIP OF GROSSE ILE, MICHIGAN The Township of Grosse Ile, Michigan is seeking proposals from qualified, insured cleaning service providers to perform daily janitorial and periodic deep cleaning services at the Grosse Ile Public Safety Building. Services are required seven days per week during evening hours and include routine cleaning, and scheduled deep cleanings. Due to the secure nature of the facility, all personnel must pass CJIS background checks and comply with strict security requirements. Vendors will submit their pricing for the project along with the remainder of the information requested in the RFP. Sealed proposals (three copies) are due by 3:00pm EST on March 23, 2026, to the Township Clerk, 9601 Groh Road, Grosse Ile, MI 48138, and must be clearly marked “Grosse Ile Public Safety Building – Cleaning Services.” The initial contract term is one year, with up to three one-year renewal options at the Townships discretion.
