PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice the Alma City Commission has determined that the uncontrolled growing of noxious weeds is determined to be a PUBLIC HAZARD or NUISANCE dangerous to the health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the City. The City Commission has resolved that notice be published in the Morning Sun notifying all lot owners that noxious weeds must be cut by May 1, 2026, or the City Manager is directed to have such weeds cut and the costs thereof be assessed by special assessment against the premises upon which nuisance is located.
