NOTICE OF ELECTION CITY OF HUNTINGTON WOODS To the Qualified Electors of the City of Huntington Woods, County of Oakland: Notice is hereby given that a General Election will be held in the City of Huntington Woods, County of Oakland on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE in said General Election, candidates for the following offices are to be voted upon: Governor & Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, United States Senator; Representative in Congress – 11th District; State Senator – 10th District; State Representative 6th, Members of the State Board of Education, Regent of the University of Michigan, Trustee of Michigan State University, Governor of Wayne State University, Justice of Supreme Court, District; Judge of Court of appeals 2nd District Incumbent Position, Judge of Circuit Court 6th Circuit Incumbent Position, Judge of Circuit Court 6th Circuit Non-Incumbent Position, Judge of Probate Court Non-Incumbent Position, Judge of District Court 45th District Incumbent Position, and Board of Trustee Member Oakland Community College. In addition, the following proposals will appear on the ballot. • Proposal 2026-1 – A proposal to convene a constitutional convention for the purpose of drafting a general revision of the state constitution. • Proposal 2026-2 – A proposed initiated law to prohibit campaign contributions from certain regulated utilities and government contractors and apply campaign finance laws and regulations to additional types of political communications. • Renewal of Oakland County Zoological Authority Millage in Support of the Detroit Zoo. • Millage Proposal Southeast Michigan Public Historical Museum Authority County of Oakland State of Michigan.
