L’ANSE CREUSE PUBLIC SCHOOLS ADVERTISEMENT TO BID District-Wide UPS Replacement – Bid Package No. T5 L’Anse Creuse Public Schools is requesting bid proposals to replace their district-wide UPS systems within their buildings in the District. The Engineering/Technology Designer will furnish electronic documents to the Bidders. The documents may be downloaded from: https://solution.ids-michigan.com/bids/lcps/upsreplacement Bidders are responsible to check the website from time to time to verify they have all addenda, requests for information and other documents related to the Bid. The Bidding Documents will be on file on and after September 25, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be scheduled for October 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. The pre-bid conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams (Meeting ID: 249 424 832 486 617, Passcode: PV2ya7A9). Contractors wishing to walk the building(s) may contact the IDS representative, Lenny Napoli, at lnapoli@ids-michigan.com to schedule a walkthrough. Sealed bid proposals shall be sent to the attention of Mr. Brandon Streng, Director of Technology, at the Harry L. Wheeler Community Center and Administration Offices at 24076 Frederick Pankow Blvd V, Clinton Twp., MI 48036 by 2:00 PM on October 23, 2026. At which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A bid tabulation summary will be available. The Board will not consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission. The Bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. All Bids must also include an Iran Sanctions Affidavit of Compliance, Criminal Background Affidavit, and Affidavit of Bidder. State of Michigan prevailing wages are required on this project. Contractors are required to provide their State of Michigan Prevailing Wage Registration letter with their bid proposal. Failure to submit this documentation with the bid response will result in your bid being rejected for non-compliance. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, money order or bid bond made payable to L’Anse Creuse Public Schools in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid as a proposal guarantee. Bid Bond shall be provided by a company licensed to do business in the State of Michigan.
