CITY OF WYANDOTTE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals and Adjustment of the City of Wyandotte will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., Local Time, at the Wyandotte City Hall, 3200 Biddle Avenue, Wyandotte, in the Council Chambers, for the purpose of hearing arguments in favor of, and objections to: Appeal #3441 to obtain a variance from the required number of off-street parking spaces (Section 190.324R.1) at 2050 Ford Avenue, Wyandotte, Michigan, Owner, Jeffrey Dizik, Appellant, Yvonne Diaz-Flores. This notice is for the purpose of giving any interested party the opportunity to appear or to have their opinion expressed at this hearing in support of or in opposition to this request. You may come in person or you may express your views in writing, but the letter must be received by the Board at Wyandotte City Hall, 3200 Biddle, Suite 200, Wyandotte, MI 48192, prior to the date of the public hearing. In the event this meeting is canceled, the hearing will be held at the next scheduled meeting without any further notice. The City of Wyandotte will provide auxiliary aids and service to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon one week’s notice to the City of Wyandotte.
