CITY OF MT. PLEASANT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Monday, September 28, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Mt. Pleasant City Commission will conduct a public hearing to receive public input on an extension of the PILOT and accompanying Municipal Services Agreement (“MSA”) previously approved for Mill Street Landing, so that they can resubmit a competitive application to MSHDA for LIHTC under the Authority’s updated funding guidelines. The Public Hearing will be held in person with virtual attendance options available. The public may view the meeting live on the City’s YouTube Channel https://www.youtube.com/user/MtPleasantMi/, on Spectrum Charter channel 188, or via Zoom if you wish to participate in the hearing. A link to the Zoom meeting will be available on the City’s website at www.mt-pleasant.org. Informational material is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., in the office of the City Clerk, 320 W. Broadway Street. All interested persons may attend and participate. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate may call the Human Resources office at (989) 779-5314. Persons requiring speech or hearing assistance may contact the City through the Michigan Relay Center at 711. A 48-hour advance notice is necessary for accommodation.
