CITY OF MOUNT CLEMENS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENTS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2026 - 7:00 p.m. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Mount Clemens Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing regarding proposed text amendments to designate certain sections of the Zoning Ordinance related to outdoor storage and sales, collecting of waste and junk, storage and repair of commercial vehicles, fencing and screening walls, trash receptacles and charitable donation drop boxes; as blight violations of the City’s Zoning Ordinance and to provide the Administrative Hearing Bureau the authority to enforce such violations; to provide for a civil responsibility violation within the City, and to repeal any and all Ordinances in conflict therewith. The public hearing regarding these text amendments will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 in the City Commission Chamber at the Mount Clemens Municipal Building, 1 Crocker Boulevard, Mount Clemens, MI 48043.
