CITY OF HUNTINGTON WOODS OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN ORDINANCE NO. 641 Notice is hereby given that on August 18, 2026, the City Commission of the City of Huntington Woods Adopted an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 40, Zoning, Article 5, Specific Use Provisions, Section 40-5.14, Single Family Architectural Design Standards, to amend Subsection 40-5.14©, Exterior Finishes, to add Clay and Metal as possible roofing materials, and Subsection 40-5.14(F), Roofs, to Provide for Standard Seam Metal Roofs with Concealed Fasteners to be a Permissible Roofing Material without Planning Commission Approval.
