CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF COMMERCE PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Commerce Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Oak Conference Room of the Commerce Township Hall, located at 2009 Township Drive, Commerce Township, Michigan, for the following proposed Planned Unit Development on MONDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. PPU26-01 U Wise LLC & Union Lake Golf Club LLC of Farmington Hills, MI is requesting approval for a proposed PUD (Planned Unit Development) for a mixed use development consisting of retail, restaurants, a grocer, and a carwash to be located on the southwest corner of Union Lake Road and Wise Road. Please note: Approx. 50 acres of the former Union Lake Golf Course would be donated to Commerce Township as an extension of Victory Park.
