CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF COMMERCE PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Commerce Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Oak Conference Room of the Commerce Township Hall, located at 2009 Township Drive, Commerce Township, Michigan, for the following proposed Special Land Use on MONDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. PSU26-05 Stewart Property Solutions of Brighton, MI is requesting Special Land Use approval for warehouse or wholesale establishment within a wholly enclosed building on two vacant lots located on the south side of Oakley Park east of Martin Road in the TLM (Technology & Light Manufacturing) zoning district. PIN#’s: 17-24-201-008 & 17-24-201-009 The proposed Special Land Use application, the Commerce Township Zoning Ordinance, and Zoning Map are available for public inspection in the Planning Department during regular office hours.
