PUBLIC MEETING 2026-2029 ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM ISABELLA COUNTY ROAD COMMISSION MT. PLEASANT, MICHIGAN Public meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Isabella County Road Commission’s Office, regarding the 2026-2029 road construction program involving Federal Funds from the Rural Surface Transportation Program (STP-R) and State-D Funds, which will provide 80% of the construction cost. All engineering, utility and right-of-way cost must be provided locally. The work must be done on routes specifically designated as Major Collectors on the National Functional classification System. The classification map and a list of the proposed projects are available for review at the Road Commission office. Also, Regional Task force 7c meeting regarding the 2026-2029 road construction program involving Federal Funds from the Rural Surface Transportation Program (STP-R) and State-D Funds, which will provide 80% of the construction cost. All engineering, utility and right-of-way cost must be provided locally. A meeting will be held at the Isabella County Road Commission on December 2, 2025, at 1:00 pm, which includes Clare, Gladwin, Isabella, and Midland Counties.
