Public Hearing Notice Charter Township of Lenox Proposed I-94 Development District Ordinance The Charter Township of Lenox Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Friday, May 29, 2026, at the Lenox Township Office Building, 63775 Gratiot Avenue, Lenox Township, MI 48050, beginning at 6:00 PM. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to obtain public comment on the Township’s Proposed I-94 Development District Ordinance. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection at the Lenox Township Clerk’s office, 63775 Gratiot Avenue, Lenox Township, MI, during regular Township business hours, 8:30 AM to 12:00 noon and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. In addition, written comments concerning the proposed ordinance may be submitted to the Lenox Township Clerk by email, info@lenox-mi.gov, first-class mail, or in person, up until the date and time of the meeting.
