Public Hearing Notice Auburn Hills Brownfield Redevelopment Authority Tuesday, January 22, 2026, 6:00 pm A public hearing will be held by the Auburn Hill Brownfield Redevelopment Authority on Thursday, January 22, 2026, to receive comments on the following: EPA Brownfield Cleanup Grant for the Kayak Point Project located at 2041 Auburn Road, Auburn Hills, Michigan. The public can review and comment on the grant application, which includes a draft of the Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives. A copy of both documents are available at the City’s website https://www.auburnhills.org/government/boards-commissions/brownfield- redevelopment-authority/ . Please submit all comments on the grant application to Stephanie Carroll at scarroll@auburnhills.org by January 22, 2026. In addition, comments regarding the grant application will also be received during the public hearing at the Auburn Hills Brownfield Redevelopment Authority meeting on January 22, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the City Offices located at 1827 N.
