PUBLIC COMMENT NOTICE CITY OF ST. CLAIR SHORES RESIDENTS The City of St. Clair Shores, in compliance with federal requirements, prepared a document entitled the Consolidated Plan. The Consolidated Plan includes a statement of housing and non-housing needs, a five-year strategy plan identifying various projects, and anticipated financial resources. An Annual Action Plan also requires listing specific projects and money sources consistent with the Consolidated Plan goals, which are providing decent housing, providing a suitable living environment, and expanding economic opportunities for low and moderate-income people. Program Income will be disbursed throughout the proposed projects, but will mainly be used in Homeowner Rehab, Streets and Infrastructure, and Administration. Copies of the Annual Action Plan are available for examination at the Community Development Department, City Hall, 27600 Jefferson Circle, St. Clair Shores, MI 48081 and online at www.scsmi.net, during normal working hours. A reasonable number of free copies of the plan will be provided to citizens and groups upon written request.
