CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF COMMERCE PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Commerce Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in the Oak Conference Room of the Commerce Township Hall, located at 2009 Township Drive, Commerce Township, Michigan, for the following proposed Special Land Use on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. PSU26-01 Proscape of Commerce Twp., MI, is requesting Special Land Use approval for outdoor storage (trees, shrubs, topsoil, mulch & shrubs, hoop houses, etc.) to the rear / east of their building at 1200 Benstein Rd in the Industrial zoning district PIN#: 17-28-476-020 The proposed Special Land Use application, the Commerce Township Zoning Ordinance, and Zoning Map are available for public inspection in the Planning Department during regular office hours.
