NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING As provided by Act 43, 1963 (2nd Ex. Sess.) Paragraphs 141.412 and 141.413 and in conformity with the Uniform Budget Act (P.A. 621 of 1978) and other Acts, a Public Hearing will be held on June 22, 2026, relative to the 2026/2027 budget for the Eastpointe Community Schools, County of Macomb. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. The Hearing will be conducted during the Special Board of Education Meeting on June 22, 2026, at the Eastpointe City Hall, 23200 Gratiot Avenue, Eastpointe, Michigan. The hearing will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m. Copies of the proposed budget will be available for public inspection after 8:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at the Eastpointe Community Schools Business Office, 24685 Kelly Road, Eastpointe, Michigan, 48021, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Edward Williams, Secretary Eastpointe Community Schools Board of Education
