City of Sterling Heights Notice of Public Hearing On Proposed City Budget The City Council of the City of Sterling Heights will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 40555 Utica Road, to receive comments on the proposed 2026/27 City Budget. THE PROPERTY TAX MILLAGE RATE PROPOSED TO BE LEVIED TO SUPPORT THE PROPOSED BUDGET WILL BE A SUBJECT OF THIS HEARING. Copies of the proposed Budget are available for public inspection during regular business hours in the Office of the City Clerk and will also be available on the City’s website (www.sterlingheights.gov) by March 27, 2026.
