CITY OF ROYAL OAK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the Royal Oak Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Commission chambers on the first floor of City Hall at 203 S. Troy St., Royal Oak, Michigan, to conduct a public hearing on the following application: Special Land Use Permit and Site Plan (SP 26-06-10) at 1026 W. 11 Mile Rd. (parcel no. 25-16-380-032) – Construction of day-care center (N. Family School) on site of former office building.
