CITY OF RIVERVIEW PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Conference Room of the Municipal Building located at 14100 Civic Park Drive, Riverview, MI 48193. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following Special Land Use petition: 1. Case SLU-01-26 - Special land use request by Wicked Tacticals to permit second-hand sales within their retail firearm business. The business is classified as a “dealer of second-hand merchandise” and considered a Special Land Use in the FS Fort Street District of the Zoning Ordinance. Copy of the application is available for review at the Community Development Department located within the Municipal Building. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED City of Riverview Planning Commission will hear comments on the proposed Special Land Use Petition(s).
