CITY OF LAKE ANGELUS, MICHIGAN PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Michigan Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended (the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act), and Section 1242.03 of the Zoning Ordinance, the City of Lake Angelus Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Lake Angelus City Hall, 45 Gallogly Rd., Lake Angelus, MI 48326. The purpose of the hearing is to take public comments on a special land use application that requests approval to keep 4-6 hens on a property located at 214 Gallogly Road. A special land use permit is required to keep animals other than domestic pets in a residential district according to Section 1258.07 of the Village Code. Interested people are invited to attend the public hearing and offer comments or submit written comments to the Planning Commission prior to the meeting at the address noted above.
