STATE OF MICHIGAN COUNTY OF OAKLAND CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF BLOOMFIELD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION AND WETLANDS BOARD BLOOMFIELD HOLLOW FRANKLIN RD (SIDWELL NOS: 19-04-302-001, -002, -003, -004, -005, -006, -007, -008, -009, -010, -011, -012, 19-04-301-012, -011, 19-04-326-002) PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Planning Commission and Wetlands Board of the Charter Township of Bloomfield, Oakland County, Michigan will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2, at 6:30 p.m., in the auditorium at the Bloomfield Township Hall, 4200 Telegraph Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302. At the hearing, the Planning Commission and Wetlands Board will review the development project known as Bloomfield Hollow, a banquet hall facility proposed for 350 Freemont St. At the meetings, The Planning Commission will consider the property’s site plan and special land use proposal while the Wetland Board will consider the project’s impact of onsite wetlands and the developer’s mitigation plan. Comments regarding this development may be provided at the public hearing, submitted via email to publiccomment@bloomfieldtwpmi.gov or by contacting the Planning Division at (248) 433-7795. Materials for the Planning Commission and Wetlands Board hearing will be made available to the public on Bloomfield Township’s Documents of Demand webpage by the close of business on Thursday, January 29, 2026.
