PCHARTER TOWNSHIP OF UNION PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF REZONING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public comments on the following request pursuant to Section 14.5 (Amendments) of the Township Zoning Ordinance No. 20-06: PUBLIC HEARING FOR A REZONING REQUEST (PREZ26-01): McGuirk Mini Storage Inc request to rezone the approximate 1.21 southerly acres of a 2.3-acre parcel from AG (Agricultural) to R-2A (One and Two-Family Low Density Residential District). The parcel is located at 4080 S. Whiteville Road PID 14-030-20-001-00, an approximate 2.3-acre parcel zoned R-2A (One and Two-Family, Low Density Residential District) and AG (Agricultural) located in the NE ¼ of Section 30. Legal Description: T14N R4W, SEC 30, N 23 RDS OF E 16 RDS OF NE ¼. The applications may be inspected during business hours at the Township Hall.
