CITY OF ROYAL OAK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the Royal Oak Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Commission chambers on the first floor of City Hall at 203 S. Troy St., Royal Oak, Michigan, to conduct a public hearing on the Capital Improvements Program for the 2026-27 Fiscal Year. Any individual interested in the Capital Improvements Program is invited to present their comments at the meeting, by e-mail at planning@romi.gov, or by mail addressed to the Royal Oak Planning Commission, 203 S. Troy St., Royal Oak, MI 48067. Reports and documents regarding the Capital Improvements Program may be viewed approximately one week prior to the meeting at the following link: https://www.romi.gov/1867/Meeting-Agendas-and-Minutes For additional information regarding the Capital Improvements Program contact the planning division at (248) 246-3280.
