CITY OF FERNDALE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Ferndale Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 300 E. Nine Mile, Ferndale, MI 48220, on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 6:30PM, for the purpose of considering a Conditional Rezoning application as submitted by Iron Ridge Holdings, LLC, in accordance with the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act (Public Act 110 of 2006). The Conditional Rezoning application was submitted to the City in accordance with Article 13, Conditional Rezoning, of the Zoning Ordinance. This public meeting will be held under the provisions of the Open Meetings Act (MCL 15.261, et seq.).
