CITY OF UTICA PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONING Take notice that the City of Utica Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 11th at 6:30 PM in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 7550 Auburn Road, Utica, Michigan. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider rezoning the following parcel from R-1B (One Family Residential) to O-1 (Office): 11-07-33-480-002 Copies of the proposed changes can be found at City Hall, 7550 Auburn Road, during normal business hours.
