CITY OF ROYAL OAK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the Royal Oak Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Commission chambers on the first floor of City Hall at 203 S. Troy St., Royal Oak, Michigan, to conduct a public hearing on the following application: Conditional Rezoning from Neighborhood Business to Multiple-Family Residential and Site Plan (SP 26-01-01) at 1225 N. Main St. (parcel no. 25-16-278-014) – Construction of 12-dwelling multiple-family building on site of former self-serve car wash. Any individual interested in the application is invited to present their comments at the meeting, by e-mail at planning@romi.gov, or by mail addressed to the Royal Oak Planning Commission, 203 S.
