CITY OF LAKE ANGELUS, MICHIGAN PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Lake Angelus Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 7:00 PM. The Public Hearing will be held pursuant to the City of Lake Angelus Zoning Ordinance and the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Act 110 of 2006, as amended. The Public Hearing will be held at Lake Angelus City Hall, 45 Gallogly Rd., Lake Angelus, Michigan 48326 The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a proposed text amendment to Chapter 1242, “Administration, Enforcement and Penalty,” of the Lake Angelus Zoning Code. This amendment is intended to clarify and formalize the administrative review procedures for site plans, special land use permits, and related applications while enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and consistency of the city’s review process. Interested parties are welcome to attend the Public Hearing and offer comments. Written comments will be accepted prior to the date and time of the Public Hearing by the City Clerk, 45 Gallogly Rd., Lake Angelus, MI 48326.
