PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Dearborn will be accepting proposals for its 2026-27 HUD funded Housing and Community Development programs through February 13, 2026 . Estimated 2026-27 funding includes: $1.7 million Community Development Block Grant (including program income) and $500,000 HOME (pass-through from the Wayne County HOME Consortia).
