PUBLIC NOTICE STERLING HEIGHTS HOUSING COMMISSION The Sterling Heights Housing Commission (SHHC) has developed the 2026 Annual Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 and applicable regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The 2026 Annual Plan is available for public review for a period of not less than 45 days at the Sterling Heights Housing Commission’s administrative office located at 37500 Schoenherr Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312. The Commission’s hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The SHHC Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing, at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at Schoenherr Towers located at 37500 Schoenherr Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312. The purpose of the public hearing is to obtain citizen comments on the 2026 Annual Plan, which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development no later than July 15, 2026.
