PUBLIC NOTICE New Haven Housing Commission The New Haven Housing Commission (NHHC) has developed its 2026 Annual Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 and applicable regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The 2026 Annual Plan’s supporting documentation are available for public review for a period of not less than 45 days at the New Haven Housing Commission’s/Pinewoods Apartments administrative office located at 30100 John Rivers Dr., New Haven, MI 48048. The Commission’s hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The NHHC Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at 4:30 a.m., Monday, January 12, 2026, at New Haven Housing Commission/Pinewoods Apartments, 30100 John Rivers Dr., New Haven, MI 48048. The purpose of the public hearing is to obtain citizen comments on the 2026 Annual Plan, which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development no later than January 13, 2026.
