PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF ROSEVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND OPEN 30-DAY COMMENT PERIOD FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (C.A.P.E.R) On Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 6:30PM a public hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Roseville City Council for input on the proposed Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (C.A.P.E.R). This public hearing will fall within the 30-day commenting period, which begins on August 28th, 2025 and allows all public and stakeholders to submit comments. The purpose of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program is to undertake projects and activities which meet the national objectives of the program. Copies of the proposed Fiscal Year 2024-2025 C.A.P.E.R will be made available electronically on the City of Roseville Website at www.roseville-mi.gov or physically for review at the City of Roseville Community & Economic Development Department (29777 Gratiot Ave., Roseville, MI 48066) during this 30-day commenting period. The open comment period will run from August 28th, 2025 through September 26th, 2025. Assistance is available upon request to persons wishing to appear or review the document.
