PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF ROSEVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2026-2027 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) BUDGET On April 14, 2026 at 6:30PM a Public Hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Roseville City Council Meeting in the City Council Chambers at 29777 Gratiot Avenue, Roseville MI 48066 for the review and approval of the proposed 2026-2027 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Budget. This is an estimated budget based on a conservative estimate of what the City expects to receive as an entitlement community from The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to administer Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs and activities within the City of Roseville. The proposed budget total number is estimated to have a minimal increase or decrease dependent on HUD’s awarded amount to the City. In order to complete the 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan, a proposed budget is needed to show how much each project/activity is projected to be funded. There is a 15% public service cap and 20% administration cap that must be maintained. Assistance is available upon request to handicapped persons wishing to appear.
