PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF RICHMOND TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, MACOMB AND ST. CLAIR COUNTIIES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Accuracy Test of the electronic voting equipment to be used in the City of Richmond for Early Voting (07/25/26 – 08/02/26) and for the August 4, 2026 State Primary Election, will be conducted on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Richmond City Office-Community Room, 36725 Division Road, Richmond, MI. The Public Accuracy Test is open to the public and is conducted to demonstrate the computer programs used to record and count the votes cast at the election meet the requirements of Michigan election law.
