PUBLIC NOTICE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF CLINTON CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT 2024 (CAPER) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM The Charter Township of Clinton will make available for public review and comment, the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2024 Program. The CAPER will be available at the Clinton Township Department of Planning and Community Development, 40700 Romeo Plank Road in said Township, for a period of fifteen (15) days from Thursday, September 11, 2025 through Friday, September 26, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All interested citizens are invited to review the CAPER. Written comments may be submitted to the Clinton Township Department of Planning and Community Development, 40700 Romeo Plank Road, Clinton Township, Michigan 48038-2900 through Friday, September 26, 2025.
