PUBLIC NOTICE The Lincoln Park Housing Commission (LPHC) has developed its 2026 Annual Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 and applicable regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The 2026 Annual Plan and supporting documentation is available for public review for a period of not less than 45 days at the Lincoln Park Housing Commission’s administrative office located at 1356 Electric, Lincoln Park, MI 48146. The Commission’s hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The LPHC Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Lincoln Park Tower located at 1370 Electric, Lincoln Park, MI 48146. The purpose of the public hearing is to obtain citizen comments on the 2026 Annual Plan, which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development no later than November 14, 2025.
