PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF ROYAL OAK, MI NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR ZONING TEXT AND MAP AMENDMENTS The Planning Commission of Royal Oak Township will hold a Public Hearing on April 7, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in Room # 210 of the Tri-County Educational Center, located at 21131 Garden Ln, Ferndale, MI 48220. A public hearing is a portion of a meeting which is dedicated to hearing comments from the public on a specific subject. The following items shall be the subject of the public hearings: 1. Review and discuss proposed changes to the Township Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map. Written comments may be sent to the Township Planner up until 12:00 p.m. on April 5, 2026, via email at DSmith@mcka.com or by mail to Donovan Smith, Room # 203, 21131 Garden Ln, Ferndale, MI 48220.
