Eleven Mile Road Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336 Application for Special Land Use Approval Plan (SA 51-3-2026) The City of Farmington Hills Planning Commission shall formally consider a Special Land Use Approval (SA 51-3-2026) for the applicant, Murphy Pipeline Contractors, to use a portion of the Kenbrook Elementary School as a temporary staging area for construction materials and equipment associated with the Kendallwood 3 Subdivision Water Main Replacement Project within the RA-2: One Family Residential District. The staging area includes an approximately 12,300 sq ft area of green space on the subject property (Kenbrook Elementary School) located at 32130 Bonnet Hill Road; Parcel Identification Number: 22-23-10-405-006; City of Farmington Hills, Oakland County, Michigan.
